This is the load tracker I actually use on the road. I enter each load, log what I spend on fuel, and let the sheet work out the numbers. It calculates load costs, rolls everything into a monthly summary, and accounts for fixed bills and estimated self-employment tax. This is the working sheet behind the numbers I share on the channel.
